Temp Project Admin Assistant

Job Description:

Support the project management team in:

  • Preparation, supervising and running of internal/external training workshops
  • Public and corporate Learning Events (Eg: Learning Festivals)
  • Liaise with Trainers and Vendors
  • Sourcing and designing of new programmes
  • Backend logistics and administrations

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Knowledge of Design Software (Eg: Photoshop, Illustrator) will be an advantage
  • Able to start work immediately till end of Dec 2016
